Welcome to the Troop 169 Eagle's Nest

Eagle Scout is the the highest rank attainable in Scouting.  It represents a significant achievement in leadership, service, personal development, and outdoor skills.  Earning the rank is a major milestone that is recognized nationally and often carries prestige in college admissions, scholarships, and careers.

The title of Eagle Scout is a lifelong honor, captured in the phrase, “Once an Eagle, always an Eagle.”  To earn it, a Scout must complete at least 21 merit badges and exemplify the Scout Spirit by living according to the Scout Oath and Law.  A key requirement is an extensive service project that the Scout plans, organizes, leads, and manages.  Upon earning the rank, Eagle Scouts receive a medal and a badge as visible symbols of their achievement.

The following members of Troop 169 have been awarded the rank of Eagle Scout.
