History of Troop 169

Finding A New Home

Our first charter was Lahaska United Methodist Church in Peddler’s Village. We out grew our meeting site and found a new home in 2020. Our new home is The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, PA.

Troop 169 G Established

Crew 169 Established

Crew 169 was established for older scouts to hangout and have fun. We go on trips and activities that we can not do as a troop due to age restrictions. Check out our Crew Page to find more details!

Adopting Hansel Park

This was our very first PLC meeting. We mostly had younger scouts as the majority of our troop came from a den with Pack 169. Our very first SPL was Garred Rankin-Wahlers.

Troop 169 B Established

Troop 169G was established 2019. We started with one scout, but worked our way up to a patrol within one year!

Home Away from Home

While the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa is being remodeled, the Temple Judea in Furlong, PA has welcomed us.
